Our family trip lasted three nights and we chose the Standard Queen Room. The location was ideal, making it super easy to check out nearby places like Estero Llano Grande State Park and the Weslaco Museum. One downside was the door security. although we had a latch, there was no hook, which led to a little scare with our two-year-old. Overall, the convenience of exploring the area was the highlight of our stay!

It was just a nice choice for a quick layover in Mercedes with good price-value balance. The air conditioning was a relief after hot days out. Make sure to double-check door security before settling in.
